Exhibitor Fee:                                                                                                      

  • $2000 for two (2) company representatives. Not subject to accounting or reconciliation of expenses after the event. This fee is inclusive of the items listed below.  
  • Additional company representatives: $300 each
  • Additional company table (limited quantity allowed): $1000 includes two (2) company representatives.  Maximum table per company is two (2).  No guarantee; first come, first serve basis.   Not subject to accounting or reconciliation of expenses after the event.  This fee is inclusive of the items listed below.
  • Includes:
    • Attendance by two company representatives (Diamond and Gold Corporate members as per sponsorship level)
    • 6’ draped table with company name banner
    • Two Chairs
    • Wastebasket
    • All meals included

Corporate Sponsors:

  • All Corporate Members must register for an exhibit even if it is included in your membership
  • Diamond Membership: includes up to four (4) company representatives
  • Gold Membership: includes up to three (3) company representatives
  • Silver Membership: exhibit rate is discounted to $1000, and this includes up to two (2) company representatives
  • The fee for All additional representatives attending is $300 each
  • Corporate Membership for Calendar Year 2022, dues must be received no later than October 17, 2022
  • ALL Corporate Members MUST designate ONE MAIN CONTACT to coordinate your exhibit.

SHIPPING INFORMATION:

If you are shipping materials to the Hotel Hershey for the event please follow these instructions:

1.  All shipments go to:
       Hotel Hershey
       ATTN: Melvin Morales
       POHMS Fall Conference
       100 Hotel Road
       Hershey, PA  17033

2.  Shipments cannot arrive more than three (3) days prior to the event
3.  Shipping labels must also include: POHMS Fall Conference and Your 
     Company Name
4.  In the event you need to ship anything out after the event the easiest way would
     be UPS or FedEx. You will need a preprinted label that you will put on the boxes
     at the end of the conference, once you are packed up and ready to go.  
5.  If you are shipping a skid or pallet, you will have to turn in a BOL to Hershey
     Expo before you leave.  

 

Key Dates/Deadlines:

  • Registration deadline is Wednesday October 12, 2022.   Registrations after this date will incur a $500 Late Fee, there are NO EXCEPTIONS
  • Payment for all exhibits are due by Monday,  October 17,  2022. If payments are not received by this date, exhibits will be cancelled.

Refunds:
If cancellation is received by October 12, 2022 full refund minus a 25% administration fee. After this date,  all registration fees are non-refundable. No exceptions

PLEASE NOTE:  We will be sending out a separate notice to register for our Dinner Event, which is being held on Thursday, November 3, 2022.  This year our event is “Casino Night”.   
Space is limited for this event and all attendees MUST register.
