Annual Coding Book Orders - Please read: NEW POLICY for 2024!
Dear CHOC Member:
One of the many benefits you receive as a CHOC member is receiving the annual coding books. Each CHOC practice receives one each of: CPT, ICD-10 and HCPCS. However, the ordering process is changing. We are excited to provide each practice with a choice. You can now choose whether you want an e-book (EncoderPro.com) OR actual books!!

Negotiated rate: $209.95 - one license plus taxes (Regular rate for one license is $299.95)

You will contact the Optum representative Darlene (contact information below) and provide her with:
Practice name
CHOC Main Contact
Which version you choose
She will confirm your contact information and bill CHOC. Practice dues must be up-to-date. Should your practice want "additional" books, you can purchase on your own, at the negotiated price. Preferred method of contact for Darlene is email.
Please note the EncoderPro is for one license only. If your practice wants additional licenses, you may purchase on your own.
