Trying to Register for an Event?

To register for an event for the first time, or if you don't recall your password, enter your email address and click 'Forgot Login/Password' and follow the instructions on the next page.  If your email address is not found and you are not a POHMS Member, you will need to click the 'Create New Account' button next to the Login area.

Your personal POHMS login and password will work for both the POHMS site and the CHOC site, provided your record is properly coded for CHOC access. This way you only have ONE login and password to remember!
